What is Integrated Wellness?
Integrated wellness looks at each individual’s overall wellness goals, lifestyle, schedule, and budget, to determine the most sustainable path to long term balance of body/mind/spirit, and set clients on the path toward a less stressed existence.
We begin each relationship with a goal setting consultation and energy scan, to assist in developing a personalized program plan. Plans guide clients toward daily, weekly & monthly self-care practices that will allow them to experience less suffering (physically, mentally, & emotionally)
